Grazia | A Day in the Life of a Wedding Planner

This had to be THE most fun shoot I have done, so I just had to blog about it! Grazia approached us a while back to follow me around and do a feature called “A day in the life of… A Wedding Planner”.  This really got me thinking – what is an average day in my life all about? Well, here it is!!!

 9:00 AM We started off at our Marry Me office with me checking emails and doing my regular office work. This usually takes a while with the unending emails from clients and vendors, not to mention the never ending phone calls – I feel like a telephone operator sometimes!

11:00 AM Off to look out for some outfits for a bride from on of our favourite stores – Ensemble in Bandra. They have a fab collection of understated, elegant bridal wear to choose from.

1:00 PM Time to set up some mock floral arrangements for a client to approve. This is a must do for weddings as it gives the client an idea of what to expect in terms of their décor.

4:00 PM Next up, a meeting at the Four Seasons, Worli with a bride to be to discuss details about her wedding.  Supriya, made an absolutely gorgeous bride – check out her wedding look below :

7:00 PM Time to unwind at Olive in Bandra with my bestie, Ashlene who was visiting me all the way from New York!

We had a super fun day doing this shoot with the Grazia team – Spardha was so easy to work with and Taras did a fab job with the photography.
