Today we have something for all you grooms to be! Troy Costa showcased his collection “Being in The Black” at the recently concluded Van Heusen India Men’s Week 2011. The collection heralded a refreshing renewal of elegance and featured an urban and contemporary take on men’s luxury wear.

The collection featured tuxedos that represented the ultimate crescendo in men’s luxury wear and the jacket, re-establishing itself as the undisputed protagonist of the male wardrobe. Troy presented classic tailored ensembles, and sharp silhouettes emphasizing on the shoulders and collar details. The highlight of the collection was the variety of trousers, shorter than the usual length. The fabrics used were plush velvet, silk embodied with crepe, linen and cotton in luxurious shades of black with accents of grey and purple. The quality and appeal of the fabrics was further enhanced with cutting edge technologies like quilting, heat sealing and lacquering. All in all, Troy Costa’s collection of chic suits and classic jackets were flawless in style and fit.

The Troy Costa man is capable of carrying off feminine embellishments like sequins, lurex and velvet with great confidence and panache. The Troy Costa man is ‘masculine without being macho’. We like that!
